Tool Tips
1. End of Classic survey rendering support for new workgroups. Please use new Formatting Theme Rendering (Modern).
2. Do not use CTRL-V shortcut key to paste. Use RIGHT mouse button & Paste Plain text option or use Format Stripper.
3. Use short-cut key CTRL-K to insert hyperlink in Step by Step designer.
4. Use Conditional Visibility instead of Branching/Skipping if possible.
5. There is a limit of 500 errors per file & stop uploading mobile number/email address including dups & invalid.
6. Passcode survey authentication is case insensitive & cannot use symbols.
7. For SMS survey put the text IGNORE_END_PAGE as the sole text in any End Page (Survey Submitted and Survey Closed) in End Page designer. It prevent the end page to be sent.
8. For Text Analytic please run full set of data initially b4 apply filtering. This allows TA to use all available data to built the catergory leafs properly.
9. Media file name should not have spaces & symbols.
10. When download mobilesurvey or migrating data, please ensure language settings matches for both old & new accts.
11. You can set up automatic numbering of your survey questions.
12. Avoid piping data into the trigger system default fields like "Contact's Email", "First Name", "Last Name", "Business", and “Phone". Doing so poses a risk if the collected responses exceed 40 characters or differ in formats, types or structures as this will potentially conflict with the intended usage and data mapping purposes. Thus causing the trigger to fail to work properly and missing from the summary view. Please review and ensure that all survey triggers are using the designated Verbatim fields for data piping, rather than the default contact fields unless it is meant to.
